The room was spacious and had a good breakfast available. the hotel is located right next to a restaurant that serves the best Florence Steak. - Amenities like central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV were provided in the room.

Brilliant location, not too far from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Comfy rooms with the bathroom and a decent bed and cupboards. - Really useful base for shopping.

Spotless and modest room with good breakfast and 2 single beds, for instance, the staff was understanding, whenever I needed help. A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet were available there. The location was marvellous and incredible and walk from a train station.

Beautiful location. 2 minutes from the station. And all major sights are within walking distance. The beds are very uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn't working very well. But the room was very large. There were four of us. Everyone was accommodated. The towels were enough. For one night, like us, great.

While it was close to Central station, it makes easier to travel from one city to another. It was also close to the center. Staff was very nice. It has elevator. They change towels everyday. It was clean.

It was not 3 star hotel as it was described in the booking com, old building , Old facilities. Noisy area, though it was closed to the station but the location was very noisy.

The location was the best. Really close to everything you want to see in Florence. The markets are just a 2 minute walk, and the Duomo is 5 minutes away. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is a 5 minute walk. Good price, clean room, and helpful staff. Would recommend it and would stay again. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good for hot summer days, because they have air conditioned rooms.
